Rates & Payment Terms
After a home visit, I will provide a fixed quote for labour and materials.

For smaller repair jobs, my rate is £50 for the first hour, then £35 per hour afterward, plus materials. I prefer payment via bank transfer, and you will receive an invoice once the work is complete and inspected. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, though I am happy to discuss arrangements before work begins if needed.

 

Insurance
I am fully covered by public liability insurance.

 

Waste
While I am unable to remove waste, I will always ensure that it is gathered neatly and that the work area is left clean and tidy before I leave.
